Job Title: Senior Design Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our design department, proficient in the architectural design of different building typologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design and minimum 2 years in a similar position
Job Description:
·Lead architectural projects from conceptualization through to completion
·Mentor and guide different teams simultaneously through their different stages.
·Develop and present creative and technically sound architectural concepts that align with project goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
·Utilize design software and tools effectively to communicate design concepts
·Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, urban designers, and landscape architects.
·Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure high-quality, accurate, and innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max and Microsoft programs.
·Good illustration and presentation skills.
·Proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
·Freehand sketching is a plus.
