Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with stone materials, particularly marble, and will be responsible for designing innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop architectural designs and plans for marble projects.
– Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
– Ability to take accurate measurments and draw As-built drawings.
– Conduct site visits and oversee the implementation of designs.
– Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
– Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
– Strong understanding of marble materials and their applications.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Must own a car for travel to job sites.
