Production Manager – HVAC
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective HVAC system manufacturing.
Oversee daily operations of production to meet set targets and ensure high product quality standards.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics departments for seamless production workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Continuously monitor and improve production processes, aiming to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC production or a related field.
Proven track record in managing production teams and overseeing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning technologies, and production processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
