• #Job_Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Material Planning Mechanical Engineer to manage and optimize inventory levels, ensure material availability, and support procurement and supply chain operations. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient material flow, minimizing shortages, and enhancing supply chain performance for mechanical components and spare parts.
• #Key_Responsibilities:
Plan and control inventory levels to meet operational and production needs.
✓ Analyze demand forecasts and consumption trends for mechanical parts and equipment.
✓ Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
✓ Develop and implement material planning strategies to reduce lead times and costs
✔️ Optimize stock levels, avoiding overstocking and minimizing shortages
✓ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to forecast spare parts needs.
✓ Implement and maintain inventory control systems (ERP, MRP).
✓ Monitor and report on Kev Inventor performance
✓ Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and material shortages.
✓ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in inventory management.

✓ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
✓ 3+ years of experience in inventory management, material planning, or supply chain in mechanical, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries.
✓ Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.
✓ Knowledge of spare parts, mechanical components, and heavy equipment materials.
✓ Advanced Excel level.
✓ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
