Innovo MEP is Hiring Mechanical/Electrical BIM staff:
Are you a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeler MEP with a strong technical background? Do you have a passion for innovation and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects in the construction and engineering industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical/Electrical BIM Modelers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in shaping the future of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) throughout all project stages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
– Study the Received IFCs highlighting the Design issues & prepare needed RFIs
– Having the Technical background to create MEP shop drawings from scratch with High quality standards
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to integrate design information and resolve coordination issues.
– Assist in clash detection and coordination processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
– Conduct quality checks and reviews to maintain consistency and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry.
– Proficiency in using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
– Strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background with a thorough understanding of construction processes and systems is a must “”.
– Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation & design codes.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Knowledge of COBie, Python, Revit API & Dynamo will be an advantage.
