The selected candidate will be hired through International Business Service and will be assigned to IBS client.
Position: Machinery Maintenance Technician
Contract duration: Full time
Our client sector: Oil & Gas
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Working Hours: 8 working hours
Days off: 1 day off

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Monitoring and managing machinery condition in the field. Troubleshoots problems and performs repairs as needed. Regularly inspects equipment and executes preventative maintenance plans.
To perform and participate in the trouble shooting maintenance activities of the plant rotating equipment including pumps, centrifugal/Reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, Gas Turbines, fans, blowers, and high-speed centrifugal air compressors packages.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Vibration data collection.
• Performance monitoring data collection (i.e. process parameters).
• Analysis and Reporting of machine and problem.
• Attend plant upsets and perform troubleshooting for all type of Machinery.
• Attend major shutdowns, solo runs and over speed trip tests.
• Support other divisions and contributes in the teamwork activates.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
. Graduated from a known technical institute/school
· Previous experience in a closely related position Not less than 10 years’ experience in control/mechatronic/electric maintenance
· Electrical & Control maintenance/troubleshooting experience are a must
· Has basic knowledge of PLC
· Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
· Lives in nearby areas to 10th of Ramadan
