Join our creative team and lead exciting hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and restaurants!
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Lead design development from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, coordinate with consultants, and manage materials and finishes within timelines and budgets.
• Creative Development: Stay updated with trends and technologies; create drawings, 3D renders, and visual presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with standards and codes, conduct site visits, and maintain design intent during construction.
• Budget & Resources: Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors for furnishings and materials.
• Reporting: Prepare design briefs, specs, and reports; track milestones and update stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality design
• Proven project management and execution skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and rendering tools
• Strong portfolio in hospitality projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
