Job Responsibilities:
– Consult with clients to understand their furniture needs, design preferences, and budgets.
– Provide design advice and space planning suggestions using knowledge of interior design principles.
– Present and demonstrate furniture products, highlighting features and design applications.
– Generate accurate quotations and proposals, including product specifications and pricing.
– Close sales effectively and manage the order process.
– Apply technical knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and customization options.
– Help customers visualize furniture in their spaces through showroom displays and explanations.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
– Contribute to showroom presentation and maintain up-to-date product information.
– Stay informed on new furniture, design trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
– Strong sales skills and excellent customer service.
– 3+ years in home furniture, interior design preferred
– Understanding of interior design principles and trends.
– In-depth knowledge of furniture and its specifications.
– Ability to grasp and explain technical aspects.
– Helping customers envision furniture in their spaces.
– Finding effective furniture solutions for client needs.
